Quick summary
Resending a survey in SurveyMonkey involves creating a new collector so previous respondents can submit responses again. You do this by navigating to the Collect Responses tab and generating a new web link collector to share.
Steps
- From your dashboard, find the survey you want to resend and click on it.
- In the Summary tab, view your existing collector, then navigate to the Collect Responses tab.
- Click Add new Collector to create an additional distribution method.
- Select a collector type to resend your survey — click Web link collector.
- Copy the link generated and share your survey with your intended recipients.
- You can now resend the survey by sharing the new link through your preferred communication method.
