Note: Adobe Acrobat XI is discontinued. If you don’t have Acrobat XI installed, use the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro, which includes the Redact tool.

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat
2. On the top menu, click Tools.
3. On the list of tools, click Redact.
4. Highlight the text you want to blur, then click Apply
5. A warning prompt will show up; click Continue.‍
6. Click Close.
