This tutorial shows you how to push Customer.io data through Zapier into Airtable by building a Zap that connects both apps end-to-end. You will configure a trigger in Airtable, set Customer.io as the action app, map your fields, test the workflow, and publish the automation.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap.
- Click on the Trigger field to select the event.
- Search and select Airtable as your trigger app.
- Select a trigger event.
- Connect your Airtable account.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to validate the connection.
- Search and select Customer.io as the action app.
- Select an action event.
- Connect your Customer.io account.
- Configure the action details and click Continue.
- Select Test step to verify the action.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
