You can print a Microsoft Project file to PDF in just a few clicks by selecting Microsoft Print to PDF as your printer. This built-in Windows feature lets you export any project plan to a portable PDF without third-party software.
Steps
- Open your project in Microsoft Project and navigate to the File tab.
- Select Print from the left-hand sidebar menu.
- Go to the Printer section and click on it to expand the printer options.
- Under Printer, select Microsoft Print to PDF from the dropdown list.
- Click Print and choose a location to save your PDF file.
