To print Microsoft Project on one page, follow these steps:
- Let's open your Microsoft Project file first and navigate to the 'File' tab in the top-left corner.
- Click on 'Print' in the left sidebar to access the printing options.
- Under the 'Printer' dropdown menu, select your preferred printer. If you'd like a digital copy, choose 'Microsoft Print to PDF'.
- In the 'Settings' area, make sure 'Print Entire Project' is selected to include all your project data.
- Now, make sure the project fits everything onto a single page.
- Click the 'Page Setup' button at the bottom of the print panel to access more detailed configuration options.
- In the 'Page Setup' dialog, locate the 'Scaling' section. Set both 'Fit to' width and height values to 1 page.
- Click 'OK' to save your page setup.
- Then, click 'Print' to produce your entire project on a single page.
