How to Prefill a Form Using Data from Monday.com

Prefilling a form in Monday.com allows information from an existing item to automatically appear in a form, making it easier to collect updates without re-entering data.

1. Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
2. Open the board that contains the data you want to use in the form.
3. Click Add View at the top of the board.
4. Select Form View from the list of available views.
5. Once your form is created, click Share form to generate a shareable link for distribution.
6. Hit Copy link and you're done—share it wherever you need responses.
