Steps
- On Hootsuite's main dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Plan'.
- Open the calendar and select an upcoming date on which you want to publish your post.
- Choose 'Post' from the list of content options.
- Tap the 'Publish To' menu and select the social accounts where you want the post to appear.
- Click the text box under the 'Your Post' section and type your caption.
- Click the 'Add Media' icon and select the image or video file you want to include.
- Review the post, then tap 'Schedule' to confirm and queue it.
- Your post is now scheduled for the selected date — repeat these steps to plan additional posts in advance.
