Here’s how to do it:
- Launch MS Project and open the file you want to work with.
- Now, let's open a second project file. From the current window, navigate to the "File" tab in the top-left corner.
- Browse to locate your second project file. Select it to load it in a new window.
- Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
- Then, find and select "Arrange All" in the "Window" group.
- Both project files are now displayed side by side. You can adjust the divider between them by clicking and dragging to resize each window as needed.
