Follow these steps:
- Open your Microsoft Project file.
- Navigate to the 'File' tab and click on it.
- Select another project file you want to open and click on it.
- Once done, go to the 'Window' bar and select 'Arrange All' to open the second file.
- Then, drag the dividers to fit each screen. By doing this, you can open 2 Microsoft windows in Project.
