Steps

1. Inside your Trello board, go to the top menu bar and click 'Power-Ups'.

3. Search for 'Planner' and select 'Microsoft Planner & Trello Sync (by Placker)' from the results.
4. Click 'Add' to install the Power-Up and proceed.
5. Read the terms, then click 'Add' again to agree and continue.
6. Click 'Ok, Import My Board' to begin the migration process.
