Merging company records in HubSpot lets you consolidate duplicate entries into a single, clean profile. This process eliminates data fragmentation and ensures your CRM reflects accurate, unified company information.
Steps
- Click on Contacts in the HubSpot navigation menu.
- Select Companies from the dropdown to reveal the full companies list.
- Click a company record to preview the company you want to merge.
- Click on Actions in the top-right area of the company record.
- Find and select Merge from the Actions dropdown menu.
- Search for and select the secondary company you want to merge in the dropdown.
- Hit Merge to combine both company records into one.
- Confirm that both company records are now successfully merged.
