Steps
- Click on the Project tab in the top ribbon menu to access project-level settings.
- Select Change Working Time from the dropdown menu that appears.
- In the dialog box, click Create New Calendar to set up a custom 6-day work week schedule.
- Enter a meaningful name for your new calendar and click OK to proceed.
- Click on the Work Weeks tab to customize which days are designated as working days.
- Select Saturday from the days list, then choose Set day(s) to these specific working times to make it an active working day.
- Enter your desired Saturday working hours — such as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM — adjusted to your project requirements.
- Click OK to save all changes and apply the 6-day work week with Saturdays included to your project schedule.
