Steps
- Click the gear icon in the top-right menu of the dashboard, then select Open Advanced Setup.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Email to Salesforce.
- Click Edit to open the configuration settings.
- Check Active to enable capturing emails from tools like Gmail or Outlook in Salesforce.
- Once done, click Save to apply your changes.
