Logging emails in HubSpot allows you to track your email conversations and automatically save them to contact records for better visibility and follow-ups.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Click on CRM from the left side panel, and select Contacts from the dropdown list.
- Search for and open the Contact Record you want to log an email for.
- Click on the Activities tab, and select Emails to filter and view email communications specifically.
- Click Log Email to manually record an email conversation you've had outside HubSpot.
- Add the email body text to capture the full context of your communication.
- Click Log email to save this entry to the contact's timeline.
