How to Log Calls in Salesforce

Steps

  1. Open a Lead, Contact, or Opportunity tab from the top menu of the dashboard or from the App Launcher.
  2. Click an object from the selected tab menu to open its record.
  3. On the top right, click the dropdown beside the Edit button.
  4. Select Log a Call from the dropdown menu.
  5. Fill in the required details inside the dialog box, then click Save to record the call under that record.
