Logging a call in Insightly is simple and helps you keep track of your communications with contacts or leads. Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

  1. Start managing your network by exploring the 'Contacts' section.
  2. Select a profile.
  3. Explore the 'Related' section to see all interactions and connections with this contact.
  4. Go to the 'Notes' section and click 'Add Note' to document your interactions by creating a detailed note about this contact.
  5. Enter the details such as note title, date, and time, and make sure to add relevant notes.
  6. Select 'Everyone' to share this information with your entire team for collaborative customer management.
  7. Preserve your customer interaction details in the system by clicking 'Save'.
  8. Your customer interaction is now permanently recorded in their history.
  9. You've successfully logged a direct call to track all communication channels.
