- Go to the 'Notes' section and click 'Add Note' to document your interactions by creating a detailed note about this contact.
- Enter the details such as note title, date, and time, and make sure to add relevant notes.
- Select 'Everyone' to share this information with your entire team for collaborative customer management.
- Preserve your customer interaction details in the system by clicking 'Save'.
- Your customer interaction is now permanently recorded in their history.
