How to Link Jira Tickets to Coda Tasks

It is very easy to link Jira tickets (also known as issues) to Coda tasks. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

  1. Inside the Coda card that contains the task you wish to integrate, select the 'Add Column' option.
  2. Hover your mouse cursor over the 'Packs' option and click 'Jira'.
  3. After that, select the specific Issue action you want to carry out.
  4. Tap the 'Column Settings' icon to configure the integration properly.
  5. Subsequently, click 'Edit Column' to proceed.
  6. Under the Account section, click 'Connect an Account'.
  7. Tap 'Sign In With Jira' and then log into your active account.
  8. Subsequently, click 'Accept' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  9. Tap the 'Plus' icon beside the Jira site you want to connect.
  10. Enter the Jira issue key or URL into the provided input field.
  11. Next, you may specify your preferred 'Results Column' or add more options related to the selected issue action.
  12. Finally, the selected Jira ticket will be linked to your Coda task according to your input.
