It is very easy to link Jira tickets (also known as issues) to Coda tasks. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Inside the Coda card that contains the task you wish to integrate, select the 'Add Column' option.
- Hover your mouse cursor over the 'Packs' option and click 'Jira'.
- After that, select the specific Issue action you want to carry out.
- Tap the 'Column Settings' icon to configure the integration properly.
- Subsequently, click 'Edit Column' to proceed.
- Under the Account section, click 'Connect an Account'.
- Tap 'Sign In With Jira' and then log into your active account.
- Subsequently, click 'Accept' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap the 'Plus' icon beside the Jira site you want to connect.
- Enter the Jira issue key or URL into the provided input field.
- Next, you may specify your preferred 'Results Column' or add more options related to the selected issue action.
- Finally, the selected Jira ticket will be linked to your Coda task according to your input.
