Linking Jira tickets to Coda tasks lets teams track engineering issues alongside project work in a single view. Using the Jira Pack in Coda, you can connect your Atlassian account and sync issue data directly into any Coda table column.
Steps
- Inside the Coda card containing the task you want to integrate, select the Add Column option.
- Hover over the Packs option in the column menu and click Jira.
- Select the specific Issue action you want to carry out on the linked ticket.
- Tap the Column Settings icon to configure the Jira integration properly.
- Click Edit Column to proceed with the configuration.
- Under the Account section, click Connect an Account to begin authentication.
- Tap Sign In With Jira and log into your active Atlassian account.
- Click Accept to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap the Plus icon beside the Jira site you want to connect.
- Enter the Jira issue key or URL into the provided input field.
- Specify your preferred Results Column or add more options related to the selected issue action.
- The selected Jira ticket will be linked to your Coda task according to your input.
