How to Link Email to HubSpot

Linking your email to HubSpot allows you to send, receive, and automatically log emails directly within the CRM for better communication tracking.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
2. Click on the Settings icon to access your account preferences.
3. Select Email from the menu to manage your inbox settings.
4. Click Connect personal email to sync your inbox with HubSpot.
5. Enable inbox automation by clicking on the checkbox, and click Connect your inbox button.
6. Enter your email address in the Email address field, then click Next to move forward with the setup.
7. Select Connect to Gmail to link your Google account.
8. Click Continue to proceed with the connection process.
9. In the pop-up window, sign in to your Email Account and grant the required permissions.
10. Your email is now successfully linked to HubSpot.
