Steps
- From the Views tab, select the specific ticket you wish to link to an existing Jira issue.
- Open the Apps panel on the left-side corner, then click 'Link Issue'.
- Search for the specific Jira issue you want to connect to the selected ticket.
- Click 'Link Issue' to confirm and proceed with the connection.
- The selected Zendesk ticket will now be linked instantly to the existing Jira issue.
