How to Link a Zendesk Ticket to a Jira Issue
It is very easy to link a Zendesk ticket to a Jira issue if both tools are integrated with each other. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
- On the Views tab, select the specific ticket you wish to link to an existing Jira Issue.
- Head over to the Apps panel at the left-side corner, then click 'Link Issue' afterwards.
- Search for the specific Jira Issue where you wish to link the selected ticket.
- Once done, click 'Link Issue' to proceed.
- After completing these steps, the selected Zendesk ticket will be linked instantly to an existing Jira Issue.
