Quick summary
Linking a database in Notion lets you display the same data source on multiple pages without duplicating it. Using the /linked slash command, you can insert a linked view of a data source in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Open the Notion page where you want to add the linked database.
- Click the blank space on the page to place your cursor.
- Type /linked to open the block menu.
- Click Linked view of data source from the dropdown menu.
- Select the database from the database panel.
- Your linked database is now embedded — you can view the same data from another page.
