Inviting a guest in Monday.com allows external users, such as clients or partners, to access specific shareable boards without joining your full workspace.
- Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
- Open the shareable board where you want to invite the guest.
- Make sure the board is set as a Shareable board so external users can access it.
- Click the Invite button at the top-right corner of the board.
- Enter the guest’s email address in the invite field.
- Select the Guest option if prompted for the user type.
- Click "Invite as a guest" to send them board access without full workspace permissions.
- Once they accept the invitation, they can collaborate on that specific board only.
