How to Integrate Slack with Zoho Desk

Steps

  1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar of Slack.
  2. In the search bar, type 'Zoho Desk' and select the Zoho Desk app from the results.
  3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button to begin the installation.
  4. Click 'Add to Slack' again to sign in to your Zoho Desk account.
  5. Navigate to Settings by selecting the gear icon.
  6. Go to the 'Developer Space' section and click 'Connections'.
  7. Click 'Create Connection' to start a new integration link.
  8. In the search bar, type 'Slack' and select the Slack app from the results.
  9. Enter a Connection Name for the new integration.
  10. Choose your Scopes and check each required box.
  11. Once satisfied, click 'Create And Connect' to save the configuration.
  12. Click 'Connect' to proceed with authentication.
  13. Your Slack and Zoho Desk integration is now activated, and notifications will be sent based on your configurations.
