Zoho Desk offers native integration capabilities to connect with Slack, allowing you to receive notifications and interact with ticket updates directly from Slack. Here's how you can set it up:
- Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.
- In the search bar, type 'Zoho Desk' and select the Zoho Desk app from the results.
- Click the 'Add to Slack' button.
- Click 'Add to Slack' to sign in to your Zoho Desk.
- Go to 'Settings' by selecting the gear icon.
- Go to the 'Developer Space' section and click 'Connections.
- Click 'Create Connection'.
- In the search bar, type 'Slack' and select the Slack app from the results.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Choose your Scopes and check each box.
- Once you're satisfied, click 'Create And Connect'.
- Click 'Connect' to proceed.
- Your Slack and Zoho Desk integration is now activated, and notifications will be sent based on your configurations.
