This demo walks you through connecting Apple Calendar to Notion using an iCloud app-specific password, so your iCloud events appear directly alongside your Notion schedule. The integration requires accessing Notion's Mail & Calendar settings and generating a secure Apple app-specific password to authorize the connection.
Steps
- Click your Workspace name to open the dropdown menu.
- In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
- Navigate to Mail & Calendar in the Settings panel.
- Click Add calendar in the bottom left of the screen.
- In the Connect your calendar to Notion panel, select Continue with iCloud.
- Sign in to your Apple Account.
- Under Sign-In and Security, click App-Specific Passwords.
- Click Generate an app-specific password to create a new password.
- Copy the generated password.
- Click Done to close the password dialog.
- In the Connect Apple iCloud panel, click I have my App-Specific Password.
- Connect your Apple iCloud account to complete the integration.
- Your Apple Calendar is now connected to Notion Calendar, and your iCloud events will appear alongside your Notion schedule.
