How to Integrate Monday.com with Zapier

Integrating Monday.com with Zapier allows you to automate workflows by connecting your Monday boards with thousands of other apps.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and open your automation dashboard.
2. Click the Create Zap button at the top left of the page.
3. Click the Trigger button and search for Monday.com in the app list.
4. Select Monday.com as the trigger app for your automation.
5. Click Select or Sign in and connect your Monday.com account.
6. Enter your API key when prompted to authorize the connection.
7. To get your API token, open your Monday.com account in a new tab, click your name at the top right corner, and select Developers from the dropdown menu.
8. Open the API token section and copy your token.
9. Choose the trigger event New Item so the Zap runs whenever a new item is created on your board.
10. Start mapping the required details such as the board and other trigger fields, then click Continue with selected record.
11. Your Monday.com and Zapier integration is now successfully active.
