How to Integrate Monday.com with Fireflies.ai

Integrating Monday.com with Fireflies.ai through Zapier allows you to automatically trigger actions in Fireflies when items are created or updated in your Monday.com board.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and open your automation dashboard.
2. Click the Create Zap button at the top left of the page.
3. Click the Trigger button and search for Monday.com in the app list.
4. Select Monday.com as the trigger app for your automation.
5. Click Select or Sign in and connect your Monday.com account.
6. Enter your API key when prompted to authorize the connection.
7. To get your API token, open your Monday.com account in a new tab, click your name at the top right corner, and select Developers from the dropdown menu.
8. Open the API token section and copy your token.
9. Click on Trigger Event, select an option from the dropdown list (e.g., “New Account”), then click Continue.
10. Start mapping the required details, such as the board and other trigger fields, then click Continue with selected record.
11. Search for and select Fireflies.ai as your action app.
12. Click Sign in to connect your Fireflies.ai account.
13. Head over to your Fireflies dashboard to grab your API key.
14. Click Get API Key and copy it to your clipboard.
15. Click Action Event and choose the Fireflies action you want from the dropdown list.
16. Click Continue to move to the next step.
17. Map the fields from Monday.com to match your Fireflies settings.
18. After mapping fields, click Publish to activate the automation.
