How to Integrate Monday.com with CSV

Integrating Monday.com with CSV through Zapier allows you to automatically export board data and store it as CSV records for reporting or data processing.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and open your automation dashboard.
2. Click the Create Zap button at the top left of the page.
3. Click the Trigger button and search for Monday.com in the app list.
4. Select Monday.com as the trigger app for your automation.
5. Click Select or Sign in and connect your Monday.com account.
6. Enter your API key when prompted to authorize the connection.
7. To get your API token, open your Monday.com account in a new tab, click your name at the top right corner, and select Developers from the dropdown menu.
8. Open the API token section and copy your token.
9. Click on Trigger Event, select an option from the dropdown list (e.g., “New Account”), then click Continue.
10. Start mapping the required details, such as the board and other trigger fields, then click Continue with selected record.
11. Search for Formatter by Zapier and select it as the action app.
12. Click Action Event and choose Utilities from the dropdown list.
13. Select the Line-itemizer option to convert the data into structured rows.
14. Click Continue to move forward with your utility setup.
15. Map your Data in and verify Data out to ensure everything flows correctly.
16. Click Publish to activate your Zap and start automating.
