Integrating Monday.com with Calendly through Zapier allows you to automatically create actions when items are added or updated in your Monday.com board.
- Log in to your Zapier account and open your automation dashboard.
- Click the Create Zap button at the top left of the page.
- Click the Trigger button and search for Monday.com in the app list.
- Select Monday.com as the trigger app for your automation.
- Click Sign in or Select to connect your Monday.com account.
- Enter your API key when prompted to authorize the connection.
- To get your API token, open your Monday.com account in a new tab, click your name at the top right corner, and select Developers from the dropdown menu.
- Open the API token section and copy your token.
- Choose the trigger event New Item so the Zap runs whenever a new item is created on your board.
- Start mapping the required details, such as the board and other trigger fields, then click Continue with selected record.
- Search for Calendly and select it as the action app.
- Click Sign in and connect your Calendly account.
- In the pop-up window, enter your Calendly credentials and click Approve to authorize Zapier access.
- Click Action Event and select the Calendly action you want from the dropdown list.
- Map the fields between Monday.com data and the Calendly event details.
- After mapping fields, click Publish, and your integration is now active and ready to run automatically.
