To integrate Microsoft Teams with 8x8, follow these steps:
- Click the ellipsis icon located at the left side menu of your Microsoft Teams dashboard.
- Go to the search bar and search for 8X8.
- Click 'Add' to install the 8x8 app to your account.
- In your 8x8 account, make sure to enable the MS integrations by clicking the enable button.
