Here’s a step by step guide to integrate Microsoft Planner with Outlook:
- Open your Microsoft Planner and click on "My Plans".
- Select a plan you want to share.
- Click on the arrow beside the title to see more options.
- To integrate Outlook with Panner, select "Add plan to Outlook calendar".
- Enable "Publish, share with anyone" to integrate your Planner with Outlook.
- Paste the shareable iCal link from your Microsoft Calendar and it will allow you to see tasks and deadlines alongside your meetings in Outlook.
