Planner does not fully sync with Outlook. But you do have workable options by using Calendar Outlook. Here’s how:

Open your Microsoft Outlook and navigate to the setting by clicking the gear icon.
From the menu, select 'General'.
Toggle on 'Use my Microsoft 365 settings' to sync with other Microsoft app, that way you will be able to integrate Planner with Outlook.
Select 'Sync settings' to confirm.
Click 'Restart Outlook' to proceed.
Go to your Planner account and click on 'My Plans'.
Select a plan you want to share.

To integrate Outlook with Panner, select 'Add plan to Outlook calendar'.
