It is very easy to integrate Intercom with Zendesk. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
- Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
- Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.
- Search for 'Zendesk' and then select the Zendesk app you want to integrate.
- After that, click 'Install Now'.
- Click 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap 'Go To Settings' afterwards to connect your accounts.
- Enter your Zendesk email address, API Token, and app name into their respective input fields. Once done, click 'Connect'.
- After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Zendesk.
