How to Integrate Intercom with Zendesk

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate your Intercom account with Zendesk for seamless customer support.

It is very easy to integrate Intercom with Zendesk. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
  2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
  3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.
  4. Search for 'Zendesk' and then select the Zendesk app you want to integrate.
  5. After that, click 'Install Now'.
  6. Click 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  7. Tap 'Go To Settings' afterwards to connect your accounts.
  8. Enter your Zendesk email address, API Token, and app name into their respective input fields. Once done, click 'Connect'.
  9. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Zendesk.
