The Intercom–Trello integration lets support teams create and manage Trello cards directly from Intercom conversations, keeping project tracking and customer communication in sync. You can set it up in under five minutes through the Intercom App Store without any coding.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Choose Integrations from the list of options.
- Click App Store to open the integrations marketplace.
- Search for Trello and select it from the suggested results.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation process.
- Tap Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Once installed, configure the default settings to customize the Intercom–Trello connection based on your preferences and needs.
