Integrating Intercom with Teamgate CRM lets sales teams sync customer messaging data directly into their CRM pipeline. The setup takes just a few steps inside Teamgate's Settings panel and requires no technical knowledge.
Steps
- On the Teamgate main dashboard, click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Additional Features from the list of options.
- Click Integrations in the sidebar.
- Find Intercom in the integrations list, toggle it on, and log in to your active Intercom account.
- Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the required permissions.
- Confirm the Intercom account has been successfully connected to Teamgate CRM.
