How to Integrate Intercom with OpenAI

Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel and click Create.
2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
3. Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
4. Search for Intercom and select it from the suggested results.
5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the event dropdown.
6. Tap Sign In and log in to your Intercom account.
7. Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
8. Tap Test Trigger to run your input and verify the connection.
9. Click Continue to proceed to the Action setup.
10. Search for ChatGPT (OpenAI) and select it as the Action app.
11. Click the drop-down menu and pick the Action Event you prefer to execute.
12. Click Sign In to connect your OpenAI account.
13. Enter your OpenAI API Key and Organization ID, then tap Yes, Continue to ChatGPT (OpenAI).
14. Fill out all required entry fields with the necessary information one by one.
15. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
