Quick summary
The Intercom–Freshdesk integration lets support teams install Freshdesk directly from the Intercom App Store and link the two platforms by entering a Freshdesk Domain and API Key. Once authorized, conversations and tickets flow seamlessly between both tools without any custom development.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Select Integrations from the list of options.
- Tap App Store to proceed.
- Search for Freshdesk and select it from the recommended matches.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Tap Authorize Access to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Enter your Freshdesk Domain and Freshdesk API Key into their respective input fields, then tap Send.
- Confirm the success message — your Intercom account is now integrated with Freshdesk.
