Steps

Go to the left-side panel and click Settings.
Select Integrations from the list of options.
Tap App Store to proceed.
Search for Freshdesk and select it from the recommended matches.
Click Install Now to begin the installation.
Tap Authorize Access to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
Enter your Freshdesk Domain and Freshdesk API Key into their respective input fields, then tap Send.
Confirm the success message — your Intercom account is now integrated with Freshdesk.
