How to Integrate Intercom with Facebook

Steps

  1. Head over to the left-side panel and click Settings.
  2. Choose Integrations from the list of options.
  3. Tap App Store to proceed to the integrations marketplace.
  4. Search for Facebook and select it from the recommended matches.
  5. Click Install to add the Facebook integration to your Intercom workspace.
  6. Tap Go To Settings to establish the connection between the two platforms.
  7. Click Connect To Facebook and log in to your Facebook account.
  8. Read the terms, then click Continue to agree and proceed.
  9. Find the Facebook Page you want to connect and click the Connect Page button next to it.
  10. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be fully integrated with Facebook.
