How to Integrate Intercom with Airtable

Steps

1. Head over to the left-side panel and click Create.
2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
3. Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
4. Search for Intercom and select it from the recommended matches.
5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the drop-down menu.
6. Tap Sign In and log in to your Intercom account.
7. Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
8. Tap Test Trigger to run your input.
9. Choose the specific record you want to use, then click Continue With Selected Record.
10. Search for Airtable and select it as the Action app.
11. Click the drop-down menu and pick the specific Action Event you want to execute.
12. Tap Sign In and log in to your Airtable account.
13. Select your preferred Airtable workspace and click Grant Access.
14. Fill out the input fields one by one with the required information.
15. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
16. Your Intercom account is now integrated with Airtable and your Zap is live.
