How to Integrate HubSpot With Notion

Steps

  1. Go to Zapier.com, log in, and hit the Create button to start a new Zap.
  2. Select Zaps from the navigation menu.
  3. Click on Trigger to begin setting up the trigger step.
  4. Choose HubSpot as the Trigger app.
  5. Select the specific trigger event (e.g., New Contact, New Deal, etc.).
  6. Connect your HubSpot account and authorize Zapier to access it.
  7. Click on the Connect app button to confirm the HubSpot connection.
  8. Click on Action to set up the action step of the Zap.
  9. Choose Notion as the Action app.
  10. Select the specific action event (e.g., Create Database Item, Update Database Item, etc.).
  11. Connect your Notion account, authorize Zapier, and select the pages you want to give access to.
  12. Hit Allow access to complete the Notion authorization.
  13. Map the fields from HubSpot to Notion (e.g., map HubSpot contact details to a Notion database).
  14. Hit Publish to activate your HubSpot–Notion Zap.
