The HubSpot Excel Integration lets you sync your HubSpot CRM data directly into Excel by installing the Excel Data Connector from the HubSpot App Marketplace. Once installed and authorized, you can configure your data refresh rate and subscription interval to keep your spreadsheets automatically up to date.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace by clicking the store icon in the top right of HubSpot.
- Search for "Excel Integration" in the search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- You will be redirected to Datawarehouse's Excel Data Connector page — select your preferred Data refresh rate and Subscription Interval.
- Click Authorize to grant the necessary permissions and continue.
- Choose your HubSpot account on the authorization page.
- Click the Connect app button to finalize the connection.
- Complete the checkout form to activate and start using the connector.
