This demo shows how to set up a Buffer HubSpot integration using Zapier to automatically create a social media message in HubSpot whenever a new item is added to your Buffer queue.
Steps
- Go to Zapier and click on Create > Zaps to start building a new automation.
- Click on Trigger to add your trigger app to the Zap.
- Select Buffer as your Trigger app that starts the event.
- Add New Queue Item as the trigger Event.
- In the Account tab, add your Buffer account credentials.
- Grant Buffer the required access by clicking Allow on the authorization screen.
- Select your organization from your Buffer account and choose the social media channel from which the post will be pulled.
- Select HubSpot as your Action app in the Zap.
- Choose the action event as Create Social Media Message.
- Select or connect your HubSpot account to authorize the integration.
- Select the Social Media channel, set the Message Content, and configure the Time for posting under the When field.
