Steps
- Log in to your Jira account and click the gear icon in the top right corner of the interface.
- Select Apps from the settings menu.
- In the search bar, search for GitHub for Jira and click on it.
- From the search results, click GitHub for Jira to begin the install process.
- Click Get it now to start the installation.
- When the confirmation dialog box appears, click Get it now again to confirm.
- Click the Continue button to proceed through the setup.
- Click Next to advance to the organization connection step.
- Click the add icon to select a GitHub organization to connect.
- After selecting your organization, click Connect to complete the link.
- Your GitHub integration with Jira is now active and ready to use.
