Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect Canva with your Loomly account and export designs.

Quick summary

The Canva–Loomly integration lets you export designs directly from Canva to your Loomly Library without leaving either platform. Follow the steps below to connect both tools and publish your creative assets to Loomly in minutes.

Steps

  1. Log in to Canva and navigate to Apps on the left side of the window.
  2. Search for Loomly in the Apps marketplace and click on it.
  3. Choose either Use in existing design or Use in new design to proceed.
  4. Click on the project you want to integrate with Loomly.
  5. Select Connect to begin linking your Canva account to Loomly.
  6. Click Authorize to grant Canva access to your Loomly account.
  7. Click Export to Loomly to initiate the export process.
  8. Select Export to successfully send the project to your Loomly Library.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Canva with Loomly streamlines the social media content creation workflow by allowing teams to design visuals in Canva and publish them directly to the Loomly content calendar without manual file transfers. This Canva–Loomly integration eliminates friction between design and scheduling, reducing the time it takes to move creative assets from concept to published post. For marketing teams managing high-volume content pipelines, connecting these two platforms means faster approvals, fewer handoff errors, and a more efficient end-to-end publishing process.
