The Asana-Teams integration lets you link Asana projects directly to Microsoft Teams channels, enabling seamless task management and real-time collaboration across both platforms. Once connected, updates in Asana are surfaced in Teams, reducing context-switching for your entire team.
Steps
- Go to the Projects menu and select the project you want to connect to Teams.
- Click the Customize option to open project settings.
- In the Add section, select Apps.
- Search for Teams in the app list and click on it to select.
- Click Add to project to begin the integration setup.
- Select Connect to Microsoft Teams to continue.
- Select Allow to grant Asana access to your Teams account.
- Click the account you want to connect to Microsoft Teams.
- Select Accept to grant the required permissions and complete the integration.
