Integrating Apollo.io with HubSpot ensures your CRM is always fueled with enriched data and that your sales team doesn't have to jump between tools. Here is a short tutorial on how to set up the integration:
- On Apollo's main dashboard, click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-left.
- Choose Integrations from the dropdown menu.
- Find HubSpot in the list, and click Connect.
- Confirm your integration setup by clicking on the Yes, continue button.
- Sign in to your HubSpot account to authorize the connection.
- Select the account you wish to integrate with Apollo io, then click Choose Account.
- Acknowledge the connection parameters by ticking on the check box.
- Navigate to the Mapping tab to link your Apollo fields to your HubSpot properties.
- In the Sync tab, toggle on "Push Contacts" and "Push Accounts" to automate data transfer.
- Finally, click Save Settings to activate the bi-directional sync and keep both platforms updated in real-time.
