How to Integrate Apollo io With Hubspot

Integrating Apollo.io with HubSpot ensures your CRM is always fueled with enriched data and that your sales team doesn't have to jump between tools. Here is a short tutorial on how to set up the integration:

1. On Apollo's main dashboard, click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-left.
2. Choose Integrations from the dropdown menu.
3. Find HubSpot in the list, and click Connect.
4. Confirm your integration setup by clicking on the Yes, continue button.
5. Sign in to your HubSpot account to authorize the connection.
6. Select the account you wish to integrate with Apollo io, then click Choose Account.
7. Acknowledge the connection parameters by ticking on the check box.
8. Navigate to the Mapping tab to link your Apollo fields to your HubSpot properties.
9. In the Sync tab, toggle on "Push Contacts" and "Push Accounts" to automate data transfer.
10. Finally, click Save Settings to activate the bi-directional sync and keep both platforms updated in real-time.
