Apollo io integrates with Close via Zapier to sync contacts and create leads automatically. Here's the complete 10-step guide:

  1. On your Zapier main dashboard, click Create Zap.
  2. Click on the Trigger button, and choose Apollo as your trigger app.
  3. Make sure that your Apollo account is signed in. If not, click on the Sign In button.
  4. In the pop-up window, enter the API Key and Name, then click Continue.
  5. To get your API Key, go to your Apollo main dashboard, click 'Settings', then select 'Integrations'.
  6. In the Integrations section, scroll down to locate the API option and click on it.
  7. Click the '+ Create new key' button in the upper-left corner, personalize your API key, then click the Create API Key button.
  8. Copy your newly created API Key and paste it into the pop-up window. Click Done.
  9. Click Trigger Event, and choose "New Contact," and test it to pull in sample data.
  10. Once everything is confirmed, click Continue with selected record to confirm the trigger works.
  11. Click Action, search, and select Close as your action app.
  12. Connect your Close account - click Sign In if not linked.
  13. In the pop-up window, input your credentials, click Log In, and click Allow to grant permissions.
  14. Choose Create Lead as your action event.
  15. Map the Apollo contact fields to your Close lead fields, then click Continue.
  16. You're all set! Click Publish to activate your Zap and start automating.
