1. On the Zapier dashboard, click Create Zap.
2. Click Trigger, search for Apollo, and select it as your trigger app.
3. Click Sign In, enter your API Key and Name, and approve the connection.
4. Choose a trigger event (e.g., “New Account”), then click Test Trigger to pull in sample data.
5. Click Continue with selected record to confirm the trigger is working properly.
6. Click Action to set up the next step in your workflow.
7. Search for and select Brevo as your action app.
8.  Click Sign In if your account is not yet connected.
9. Under Action Event, choose “Add or Update Deal” to automatically sync deal information.
10. Map the required deal fields, click Continue, click Test Step to verify the action, and then click Publish to activate your Zap.
