Steps

Click the gear icon at the top right menu of the dashboard.
Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Data Import Wizard.
Click Import My Data to begin the import process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your import settings.
Click Start to begin the import workflow.
Click Upload Files to source your data from an external file.
Once done, click Import to complete the data import.
