Quick summary
Granting Salesforce Support access lets authorized support agents log in to your org to troubleshoot issues directly. This is done through Login Access Policies in Advanced Setup and takes just a few clicks to configure and save.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top-right menu of the dashboard.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Login Access Policies.
- Choose where you want to grant access by selecting the appropriate option.
- Click Save once done to apply your changes.
