Granting Salesforce Support access lets authorized support agents log into your org to troubleshoot issues directly. This quick process takes under a minute and gives you full control over the access duration for each support provider.
Steps
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Salesforce dashboard.
- Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Grant Account Login Access from the Settings sidebar.
- Locate the Salesforce.com Support entry in the list of support providers and select your preferred access duration.
- Click Save to apply and confirm the access grant.
