Quick summary
Sharing a Miro board lets you invite team members via email or a team invite link, granting them view, edit, or comment permissions. Once invitations are sent, collaborators receive an email and can access the board immediately based on the permissions you assign.
Steps
- Open your Miro board from the dashboard.
- Locate the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen and click it to open sharing options.
- Choose how you want to give access — via email invite or a team invite link.
- Type email addresses of your colleagues or select team members from the dropdown.
- Click Send invitations to confirm and dispatch the invites.
- Your team members will receive an email invitation and can now view, edit, or comment on the board based on the permissions you granted.
