How to Get a W2 from Gusto

Employees can download their W-2 form directly from their Gusto account once it has been issued for the tax year.

1. Sign in to your Gusto admin account.
2. From your main dashboard, click the Documents section.
3. Click Tax setup to manage your tax documents and filings.
4. Select View documents to see all available tax forms.
5. Choose W-2s to access employee wage and tax statements.
6. Click here to download or print your W-2 forms.
